Delivery and Shipping 

We can ship Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) for relatively small freight. FedEX, and DHL. We ship internationally to most countries.

Orders placed before 1:00PM EST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00PM EST will typically ship the following day. Shipments are normally made via UPS. All items are shipped FCA shipping point, unless quoted otherwise.

Pricing and Quotations

Please feel free to contact us for the current price on all items. Prices do not include shipping charges.

Method of Payment

We can accept payment via all major credit cards. Be sure to send us your card number, expiration date and zip code for billing address of card on all orders.

Who do I send a purchase order to?

A: You can send a PO to our main e-mail address: CustomerService@atlantexmfg.com or you can fax it to (610) 518-6602.

What happens after you place an order?

A: After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours or the next business day.

Processing your Order and Payment

When will I be charged?

A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an invoice.

Why has my order been put on hold?

A: There are two possible reasons why your order gets put on hold. We haven’t received your payment or we haven’t been able to process your payment successfully. If you have further questions, please contact us.

My order arrived, but there is a problem with it.

A: If you have received your order and there is a problem with it, please contact customer service via e-mail at CustomerService@atlantexmfg.com or phone (610) 518-6601 and we would be happy to discuss and fix the issue.

How quickly can my order ship?

A: If your item is in stock, most stock items are able to ship same day by 3pm (EST.)
