GENERAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SILICONE TAPE
Atlantex’s Pyrotex SA Tape can be customized to many of your industrial needs. Atlantex’s Pyrotex SA Tape is a self-amalgamating silicone tape ideal for terminating the ends of sleeved hose assemblies to prevent fluid wicking, thermal transfer, and glass fiber escape.
We offer a variety of widths and colors (even purple) to help fix just about anything around the shop. Use colored SA Tape for identification purposes or for promoting your brand’s colors. In the industrial market, Black, Gray, and Red Iron Oxide (shown below) are most popular.

STEP 1: BEGIN PEELING LINER AWAY FROM SILICONE TAPE
STEP 2: PRESS FIRMLY ON OBJECT BEING WRAPPED.
STEP 4: WRAP TAPE COMPLETELY OVER PREVIOUS LAYER AND PRESS FIRMLY.
STEP 3: HOLD IN PLACE AND BEGIN FIRST WRAP COMPLETELY OVER ITSELF. STRETCH AT 2 TO 3 TIMES IT’S LENGTH AND WRAP OBJECT WITH A 2/3 OVERLAP.
